The Career Ready programme, a renowned social mobility initiative, provides students with opportunities to develop professionally through a range of activities. These include mentoring from industry professionals, interactive masterclasses on topics like LinkedIn and personal branding, workplace visits, and paid summer internships with respected local businesses such as AXA Insurance, BUPA, and NatWest.

As the programme for Upper Sixth students concludes, Pendleton Sixth Form College is set to begin the journey anew with 23 Lower Sixth Business students joining next week.
