The Senior Housing & Property Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship is designed for professionals working in housing and property management roles across the social and private housing sectors. It supports individuals responsible for managing services, leading teams and delivering organisational objectives within a regulated environment.
Apprentices will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to:
- Lead and manage housing and property services
- Manage and develop teams and individual performance
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, regulation and organisational policies
- Deliver excellent customer and resident services
- Manage tenancies, properties and housing assets effectively
- Plan and manage budgets, resources and operational performance
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, partners and communities
- Identify and implement service improvements
- Manage risk, solve problems and make informed decisions
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethical practice and accountability
The programme is mapped to the Competence and Conduct Standard, supporting apprentices to develop the professional competence, behaviours and ethical standards expected of housing professionals. On completion, apprentices will be equipped to lead teams, improve services and contribute to the success of their organisation.
Assessment
Apprentices are supported by a training associate with one-to-one meetings, online resources and group workshop sessions one day a month. Sessions can be planned & delivered bespoke for large groups.
Entry Requirements
Apprentices must be in suitable employment and have the opportunity to develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviors aligned to this apprenticeship standard. Assessments will be carried out with employers to determine suitability.
