Enrolment

With Salford City College Group

Thank you for your interest in studying with Salford City College Group this September.

If you have already applied, you should receive your dedicated enrolment appointment by email and post by Wednesday 22 July 2026. If not, please complete an online application to receive an enrolment appointment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, or have not received your invitation, please email our Admissions Team at enrol@salfordcc.ac.uk. Please include your full name and date of birth so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If you have an early enrolment appointment but are delayed because you need to collect your GCSE results from school, please do not worry. We understand that this may cause you to arrive slightly later than planned.

Before attending your enrolment appointment, please complete the pre-enrolment checklist below. This will help make your appointment as quick and straightforward as possible.

1. Complete our Know Me to Teach Me Survey

Complete our Know Me to Teach Me survey so we understand your needs and support you during your time at college.

2. Upload your Student ID Photograph

Speed up your enrolment by uploading a recent passport-style photo for your Student ID card. You’ll need your Applicant ID to login.

3. Purchase your College Bus Service Pass

Purchase your College Bus Pass before enrolment and check the latest route and timetable information for our dedicated College Bus Service.

4. Apply for the College Bursary Fund

Apply now for financial support through our College Bursary, so your support can be in place when you start college in September.

Attending Your Enrolment Appointment

Please bring the following documents and information to your enrolment appointment:

  •  Your GCSEs and any other exam results: These are essential to ensure you enrol on the right course. If you do not bring them, you may need to collect them and return to the College before your enrolment can be completed.

 

  • Your Passport or Birth Certificate together with your National Insurance Number: (if you have this).

 

  • Your Parent/Guardian’s contact information: It is important that we receive this contact information so that your parent/guardian can access our Parent Portal and College Connect app. Please complete the enclosed parent/guardian information form and bring this with you to your enrolment appointment.
