The Salford City College Annual Apprenticeship Awards is a celebratory, black tie event and an opportunity for businesses, apprentices and colleagues at the College to come together and celebrate their successes from the past year.
What we are looking for
Apprentice Nominations
We are looking to hear about apprentices who have gone above and beyond in their work, have excelled in their apprenticeship, are a great asset to their business and have brought unique and fresh ideas to their organisation. We are also looking to hear about apprentices who have overcome difficult challenges or faced barriers, shown resilience and determination, and are a great fit for their job role. Are there any achievements that stand out? What makes them a worthy award-winner? Are they a rising star, have they blazed a trail, and are they passionate about their sector? We want to hear it all!
Business Nominations
For the business nominations, we are looking to hear about how our employers have ignited their businesses through apprenticeships! How has the business worked with our apprenticeship team to develop their apprentices and create opportunities, what initiatives have they been involved in that have benefited their apprentices and how have they championed the use of apprenticeships to drive their business forward? We are looking for businesses to evidence their diverse workforce through the implementation of their apprentices, and demonstrate ways in which they have shaped their employees through working in partnership with the College.
