About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified, enthusiastic and skilled employability coordinator in Education early years and Health & Social care at Worsley College. You will manage the DBS process, along with risk assessment whilst liaising and with placement partners to ensure that all students have a relevant and exciting placement according to awarding body requirements. You will assess competence in both disciplines with a case load of students and ensure timely completion of work-based portfolios and appropriate evidence.

You will monitor student progress and levels of attendance and regularly meet with the curriculum team to review each student and offer high levels of support where needed. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop strong links with a range of partners and settings, allowing for an outstanding experience at all times for students. An understanding of the new T level in Education and early years would be desirable. You will also have outstanding knowledge and experience in safeguarding and risk based assessment.
