I agree to notify the College's Student Services Team immediately of any changes to my personal, financial, household or banking circumstances that may affect my eligibility or entitlement to financial support. I understand that failure to report changes may result in support being amended, suspended or withdrawn, and that any overpayments (whether made in cash or in-kind) may be recovered.
I understand that financial support is provided solely to help me participate in and complete my programme of study and should only be used for its intended educational purposes, including, where applicable, travel, meals, books, equipment, childcare or other approved study-related costs.
Where applicable to the funding I receive, I understand that continued financial support may be subject to meeting the College's expectations for attendance, engagement, behaviour and compliance with the relevant Student Financial Support Procedures, Learning Agreement and associated policies.
I understand that applications are assessed in accordance with the College's funding policies and available funding, and that I may be required to submit a new application for each academic year.
I understand that providing false, misleading or incomplete information, or failing to disclose relevant information, may result in my application being refused, future support being withdrawn, recovery of any funds paid in error, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities, including the Education and Skills Funding Agency and/or the police.
I understand that I have the right to appeal the outcome of my application in accordance with the College's Student Financial Support Appeals Procedure and within the published timescales.
