If you have not applied and would like to be considered for a place you can:

  • Drop-in to adult enrolment college venue throughout September during college opening hours to speak to our enrolment team

  • Call our admissions team on 0161 631 5000, to speak to us about your options

If you decided to drop-in and enrol, you will need to bring with you:

  • Identification

  • Method of payment (if applicable)

  • Proof of any benefits that you are in receipt of

  • Certificates of any qualifications you may already have

  • Passport and National Insurance Number (if applying for the Advanced Learner Loan)


Support and other payment options are available including the Advanced Learner Loan; this is available for those studying a Level 3 or above qualification. For guidance on making an application please see: http://www.salfordcc.ac.uk/adult/finance/advanced-learner-loan/

You may also be eligible for financial support from one of the following three funds:
Adult Discretionary Learner Support Fund is available for adult learners to help towards accommodation, travel, course materials, equipment and childcare for those with a household income of less than £20,000.

Discretionary 20+ Childcare Fund helps learners aged 20 years and above with a contribution towards the cost of childcare (the childcare provider must be OFSTED registered).

Advanced Learning Loans Bursary Scheme is means-tested, and you may be eligible to receive a payment of up to £50 per week.

Thursday, 9.00am – 6.30pm
Friday, 9.00am – 3.00pm
