School Leaver Enrolment

Thursday 24 August, Friday 25 August & Saturday 26 August

Enrolment continues after these dates, so please attend the centre you wish to study at to enrol. 

If you have applied you will get a personalised invite to your enrolment session. If you have not enrolled or cannot make your allocated enrolment time, then you can attend another time to suit you or come along Saturday 26 August, 10.00am – 2.00pm. Please bring with you your GCSE results and £20 College registration fee.

Please attend enrolment at the centre you wish to study at. Enrolment slots are allocated by high school attended. However, if an evening time is better for you, please attend on Thursday 24 August between 4.00pm and 6.30pm. Parents and guardians are very welcome to attend enrolment. Please bring with you your £20 registration fee.

College Bus Services for Enrolment
There will be a limited number of bus services available to bring you to enrolment. The service is free, please be at your pick up point 5 minutes before departure. Please note this is a pick up only service and no return transport is available.

What will I need to enrol?
Your GCSE and any other exam results: – These are vitally important if you are to enrol on the right course. If you do not have them with you, you might have to collect them and then return to the College to complete your enrolment.

Two passport sized photographs: – Only required if you wish to apply for a public transport bus permit. You do NOT need photographs for the college buses.

Completed parental consent form: – This has been posted out to you.

Passport or birth certificate together with your National Insurance number (if you have this).

£20 college registration fee.

If you do not get the GCSE grades that you were hoping for, please do not panic. Come along to enrolment and we shall talk through your available options. Careers Advisors will also be on hand to help you.

Adult & HE Enrolment 

If you have already applied and been offered a place on one of our Higher Education, Access to HE or Pre Access courses you will receive a letter inviting you to enrol at a specific time and centre between 4 – 25 September.

What will I need to enrol?

To enrol, you need to bring with you ID, method of payment, proof of any benefits that you are in receipt of and certificates of any qualifications you may already have.

Other Information

Please note that some courses may become full, and therefore places are not guaranteed if you have not been through the application process. We therefore advise that you attend enrolment at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.

GCSEs will require you to have an initial assessment and if you have not yet done this, this will take place during enrolment. Please allow two hours for this process.
