Business Administration NVQ Level 2
The course is aimed at those in employment who wish to gain a formal qualification in Business Administration. This qualification will enable you to develop and improve the skills required to work in an office environment. Workbased assessment will take place on a regular basis. Students will follow an individually tailored programme producing evidence from current employment.
Business Administration NVQ Level 3 The couse is aimed at those in employment who wish to gain a formal qualification in Business Administration. This qualification will enable you to develop and improve the skills required to work in an office environment. Workbased assessment will take place on a regular basis. Students will follow an individually tailored programme producing evidence from current employment.
Business Management Level 3Management NVQs are aimed at people in management roles across all occupations and sectors of employment. The qualification helps you to improve your management skills so that you become a more effective and efficient manager.
The Level 3 Management NVQ candidate is expected to be working as a supervisor or first line manager. The four mandatory units cover resource management, professional development, health and safety, and allocation and monitoring of work.
Customer Service NVQ Level 2 The NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service provides an up-to-date qualification that is in line with industry needs and presents an opportunity for individuals to progress within their present role, and future roles. This NVQ is designed to enhance the skills, knowledge and experience of those people working in a customer service delivery role in a wide variety of organisations.
Customer Service NVQ Level 3 The NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service provides an up-to-date qualification that is in line with industry needs and presents an opportunity for individuals to progress within their present role, and future roles. This NVQ is designed to enhance the skills, knowledge and experience of those people working in a customer service delivery role in a wide variety of organisations.
Retail NVQ Level 2 This NVQ is appropriate for sales advisors, customer service advisors, product experts or similar roles.
Retail NVQ Level 3 This NVQ has been designed for department, section and team leaders, specialist sales advisors, owners/managers. With this in mind the NVQ offers 3 pathways for the candidate: • Sales Professional • Merchandising • Visual Merchandising
Team Leading NVQ Level 2 An NVQ in Team Leading lets you strengthen the skills you use to do your job, helps you fill in any training gaps you might have and gain valuable qualifications at the same time.
To achieve the qualification the candidate must complete 6 units in total these must be drawn from 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units. The mandatory units are managing your own resources, providing leadership for your team, developing productive working relationships with colleagues and ensuring your own actions reduce risks to health and safety.
