Introduction
This course will allow you to develop the practical skills and knowledge required to carry out multi-skilled maintenance. It is the ideal course for anyone wishing to maintain buildings and structures, as well as their interior and exterior fixtures and fittings.
Course Outline
You will develop increasingly in-depth skills in the following areas:
• Painting
• Brickwork
• Joinery
• Plastering
• Plumbing
You will also learn about health and safety issues and employability skills.
What you will achieve
On completion of your course you can go directly into employment or progress on to further training such as NVQs or higher level construction qualifications in supervision and management.
Assessment
You will be assessed through practical assessments and tests.

Courses are run at City and commence on 11/09/12 until 07/01/13 and 15/01/13 until 04/07/13 on Tues/Thurs from 6-9pm at a cost of £442.
