Scrooge the Musical: A production by The Pendleton School of Theatre

29 November 2018

The countdown to Christmas is on! But Christmas just wouldn’t be the same without Ebenezer Scrooge and the Cratchits. The final rehearsals for SCROOGE THE MUSICAL are now taking place with launch night just around the corner.

On Tuesday 11 December The Pendleton School of Theatre, at Pendleton Sixth Form College, will be kicking of the second show in their incredible Season of Shows.

Based on Charles Dickens’ much-loved ‘A Christmas Carol’, ‘Scrooge!’ is the perfect festive family treat, taking you and Ebenezer Scrooge on a spellbinding journey through Christmas past, present and yet-to-come.

Will the miserable Scrooge once again ruin Christmas? Or can he learn the error of his ways and let a little festive cheer shine in his otherwise dreary world.

Meet the miserly Ebenezer, the Cratchit family and a host of Dickens’ most famous characters in this heart-warming story, with a fantastic score that includes the Oscar-nominated hit ‘Thank You Very Much’, ‘I Hate Christmas’, ‘Happiness’ and many more.

This spectacular musical is a wonderful, feel-good story about hope and the kind of happiness that money can’t buy, so join us as we celebrate the season of goodwill to all… even Scrooge.

Tickets are now on sale, but with limited availability.

The show will run from Tuesday 11 December 2018 – Saturday 15 December 2018, kicking off at 7pm each night.
