Salford City College is looking for individuals with strong business acumen, a passion for education and enthusiasm for their community to sit on its Corporation Board.

As one of the most successful and influential colleges in the region, Salford City College is home to over 11,000 students, offering a broad range of provision from A-Levels and Higher Education, to apprenticeships and vocational courses, community outreach programmes and employer training. As a member of our Corporation Board you will be responsible for helping shape the College’s mission, strategic direction, values and ethos, in order to continue improving services for our learners and the local community.
We need individuals who can bring a fresh perspective, contribute ideas and share their skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to the College’s drive for continuous improvement. All applications will be considered but we’re currently particularly keen to recruit individuals with specific experience and expertise in the following areas:
- Professional & Financial Services
- Estates & Planning
The post is voluntary with a typical commitment of 50 hours per academic year.
